Had major shoulder surgery two weeks ago. I'm not suppose to put any load on my bicep or lift my arm over my head for 3 months! I had biceps tendonesis, acromioplasty and a labrum tear. The surgery took 3 hours. So far, I'm healing well, but can't work out....
I've been hearing about Pilates for years. Haven't been doing anything with it, though....but it is time for a new start. I've started with a few exercises and found it amazing. The 100s is so much more efficient way of working the abs than sit-ups. Roll-ups are also a great way.
The hardest part, I've found at least, is learning how to get into the proper position for each exercise. There is a lot of things to think about. It definitely isn't the kind of thing that you can More...
